George Henry was in search of an artist free lance to work on an important painting that was going to be unveiled at the launch of the Annual Sea Captains Gala at Harbour Village. The problem was, he didn’t know where to start looking for a freelancer who would be skilled and talented enough, or meet the two week deadline imposed on him to finish the painting.
